We have been very happy living at the Cypress Point apartments, and we appreciate the patience, kindness, and overall support that was shown towards our family while we were there. Thank you for making it a great experience for us. We recommend the Cypress Point Apartments to anyone looking for a safe, beautifully landscaped, well maintained property with a beautiful and clean pool.

living in this community without reservation. The staff is professional, responsive & friendly, promptly responding to every need (including, but not limited to Jennifer, Tyler, Leo (Mgr.) and maintenance crew (Tim). The grounds are beautiful & well-maintained with lovely plants & mature trees, including a playground for kids, swimming pool, fully equipped gym and rec room for parties. Cypress Point also has a security firm to handle calls after office hours. Residents feel safe living here, not to mention the proximity of shopping and restaurants (Vons Ventura Village at Telephone & Victoria) and nearby bus transportation.

Ventura, we had a tough time warming up to the idea of living in such a big apartment complex. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the apartments, the open/spacious floor plans, and the helpfulness of the staff. The amenities are awesome! We love the jacuzzi/pool area, it really feels like a little resort. The location is great-super close to lots of great restaurants and an easy commute to downtown via the 126. The neighbors we've had have been amazing...we both feel like we moved to an awesome little village. It's quiet, well-maintained, and we are super grateful to have found it. The management team is very responsive and take great care of the tenants. They do whatever they can to help support the members of the community-even holding cute little events for Halloween and Tenant Appreciate Week. It's expensive to rent in Ventura, but we felt the prices were reasonable for the floor plans and amenities offered. Don't miss out on an opportunity to live here!!!

friendly and professional and they make sure to keep the premises clean and family friendly. We enjoyed the special events and freebies they have during holidays. The gym on site is great and has good hours, the pool and jacuzzi is nicely maintained, the playground is enjoyed by kids(but doesn't get noisy ), and the clubhouse has a nice upstairs lounge area to hang out. The unit we were in had a big closet and bathroom as well. The plentiful trees throughout the complex provided plenty of natural shade and a great atmosphere. We have bought a home now so we will move out, but the management will be missed and my husband and i will always remember our first apartment together.

washer/dryer, newer appliances, great pool area, and gym that I use daily. I've toured many nearby apartments in Ventura, and for your money Cypress Point gives you more bang for your buck, while giving you that home feeling in each unit. The staff are very friendly and have helped with any issues that arise.

quiet and peaceful, and a five min. walk to the supermarket, restaurants, dry cleaners etc. The thing I appreciated most about Cypress Point was the staff--in the 2 yrs. we lived there I don't think I ever dealt with any staff member who was not friendly, professional and helpful. I would probably remove half a star for the apartment fixtures, ie. sinks, cabinets, windows, which are older and not best quality, but whenever I called in a problem it was fixed usually same day. The tenants are a eclectic mix of singles, couples, families, students, retirees, etc., but people were quiet and respectful and we enjoyed our time there.

moved in. The office staff is always available and friendly,any issues i have being household maintenance or a neighbor problem are always addressed in a quick manner. The surroundings on the property are peaceful and well kept,the pool area is immaculate and the pool is heated,and always clean as well as the hot tubs,they have free wi-fi in the clubhouse as well as a pool table and a tv that i always feel welcome to. If you are looking for a great place to live with or without kids,this would be a great choice.

great time at the pool- it's enormous and felt really safe. The pool is also clean and well maintained. My friend and I sat in the hot tub while the kids played. How perfect. There are flowers and trees everywhere. What a tranquil place to live. I would check it out if you want a comfortable, safe apartment with lots of amenities.
